Cancelling and refunds
How to cancel a service and when refunds apply.
Cancelling
Open the service in the billing area and choose cancel. The service runs until the end of the paid period and no further invoices are issued.
Refunds
New game servers can be refunded within 72 hours of the first payment. Renewals are not refunded. The Refund Policy has the details.
Your files
When a service ends its files are deleted. Download anything you want to keep through SFTP first.
