Who we are
Punshik provides hosting services: game servers today, websites, bots and VPS later. The service is operated by the owner of Punshik, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. These terms apply to every service you order through our billing area.
Your account
You must be at least 18, or have a parent's permission, to order a service. Keep your login private and turn on two-factor authentication. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
What you may run
You may run the software the service is sold for and anything else that follows our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend a service that breaks the policy or endangers other customers, and we will tell you why.
Payment and renewals
Services are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you order. Invoices are issued before the renewal date. If an invoice stays unpaid after the due date the service is suspended, and after a further period it is terminated and its data deleted. The exact timings are shown on the invoice.
Changes and cancellation
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing area at any time. Cancelling stops future invoices; the service keeps running until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
Your data
You own the data on your server. We take backups for disaster recovery, but you are responsible for your own copies of anything important. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we keep.
Availability
We aim for the service to be available at all times and we fix outages as fast as we can, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, except where the consumer protection law of your place of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.
