The idea
Your server is yours to run as you like, as long as it does not harm other customers, the network, or other people. This policy lists the lines we enforce.
Not allowed
- Attacking, scanning or overloading other systems, including sending DDoS traffic or hosting attack tools.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft or anything designed to deceive.
- Spam, in any form, from any service.
- Cryptocurrency mining and other workloads that exist only to consume resources.
- Content that is illegal where it is hosted or where you are, including material that sexually exploits minors.
- Reselling or sharing a service in a way that hides who is responsible for it.
- Circumventing resource limits, licence checks or the panel's security.
Game servers
You may run mods, plugins and custom content for the game the server is sold for. Public servers must respect the game publisher's rules. Cheating tools and stolen server files are not allowed.
Websites, bots and VPS
The same rules apply to code you upload: it must not attack, spam, mine or deceive. Bots must follow the platform rules of Discord, Telegram or wherever they run.
Enforcement
We suspend first and ask questions when something threatens the platform, and we email you as soon as we do. For anything else we contact you before acting. Repeated or serious violations end the service without refund.
Reporting abuse
If a Punshik service is being misused, write to the support address on the contact page with the details. We answer every report.
